If you should experience a problem, question or concern regarding your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. Most products will have a Manufacturers Warranty included in the package that will apply. |
Ashleys Direct Ltd return policy is as follows: You have up to 2 days after receipt of your order to initiate or report a return for any shortages or damage or defect. Your items must reach Us within 7 days from the initiation of the return process. Items received after 7 days will not be accepted for return. Seller is not responsible for any damage caused by improper misuse or assembly of item. We will then refund your order amount less handling fees and the original shipping charges. At Ashleys Direct Ltd we do not charge restocking fee on items returned for a refund.
This warranty shall not include any defects or damages to goods resulting from mis-use, failure to follow the manufacturer’s recommendations concerning use and maintenance, or damage that is not the result of normal use. This warranty does not include normal wear, labour or parts, including, without limitation where appropriate, batteries, light bulbs, fuses and filters.
To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, dust bags, documentation, authenticity cards, and any accessories. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer packaging in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition - we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, Ashleys Direct Ltd reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold the credit. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.
How to Initiate a Return:
Simply email us at sales@ashleysdirect.co.uk stating your reason and explanation for the return. We will then email you further return directions within three to five business days. Returns must be received back within 14 days from the original Ashleys Direct Ltd ship date.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a carrier that offers tracking and insurance. Note that damages due to shipping will be covered by the shipping company insurance and must be taken up with them. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item.
