Ashleys Direct is a UK based company and accepts payment in Pounds Sterling through our Secure Server and via Paypal. To make an order you simply choose the item or items you require, click (options) that you require, then click on the add to basket icon located beneath the price. The item has now been put into your basket, carry on choosing items until you have finished shopping. At any time you can check or empty items from your basket by clicking the basket button located top right box. When you've finished shopping click on the checkout button. We will now ask for your payment details using our secure on line ordering service hosted by Paypal or Nochex. We do not hold details of your credit card, these are held totally securely by Nochex & Paypal

Ashleys Direct appreciates your custom and will make every effort to provide you with complete customer satisfaction. If you do have a problem with your purchase, please return it to us by a recordable means (Only after speaking to us first for a returns code), and we will make every effort to rectify matters to your complete satisfaction. The item must be returned unopened or no refund will be issued.
